Experience Minimum 1 years of Medical Office Assistant (MOA) experience Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Accuro EMR is a strong asset Previous experience working in a family medical clinic is highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and patient-service skills Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure Professional, dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative healthcare team
