At the Ottawa Foot Clinic, we deliver outstanding care to informed patients in our world-class state-of-the art, comfortable and convenient clinic.

We are looking for a responsible individual to work at the front desk reception as well as assist in other duties at the clinic. This may include (but not limited to): greeting patients, answering phones/emails, taking payment for appointments, cleaning patient rooms, packaging and sterilizing tools, filling supplies in treatment rooms, assisting with minor medical procedures, creating post-op kits, receiving custom orthotics, and keeping the reception/common areas clean.

This is a closing position. We will require the selected individual be available to work until 7-8:30pm a few days a week during our busy season. This person must be able to work independently as well as be a team player. Closing procedures may include: cleaning each treatment room, turning off all machines, sterilizing tools, vacuuming, collecting and disposing of garbage, and preparing intake forms for the following day.

Experience and/or training in a medical/office setting is an asset. Will train the right candidate.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
