Job Summary

Bourgault Industries is seeking internal candidates interested in pursuing a Maintenance Millwright Apprenticeship in St.Brieux, SK. Working alongside experienced Maintenance team members, you will learn to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the equipment and facilities that support Bourgault Industries' operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist with maintaining and repairing production equipment, facilities, and grounds.
- Support preventative maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical equipment issues under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Learn to inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance concerns.
- Participate in equipment repairs, rebuilds, and installations.
- Help maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance, production, and engineering teams.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning new skills and completing apprenticeship training requirements.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Interest in pursuing a Millwright/Industrial Mechanic apprenticeship.
- Must be a current Bourgault Team Member.





Required Skills/Experience

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with metal fabrication equipment is an asset (welders, presses, saws, paint lines, lasers, conveyors, CNC equipment, forklifts, etc).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity about how equipment operates.
- Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn (no prior experience required).
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on a variety of tasks and equipment.

Wage Range Starting wage is dependent on experience. Closing Date For Application Is
