About The Role

If your idea of a bit of fun is popping open After Effects and having a play, then you are in the right place. As one of our superstar Designers, you’ll partner with our Internal Creative Team and our external Creator Community to deliver a wide range of incredible content for some of the world's best-known brands—including Google, L'Oreal, Pepsi, Unilever, and Warner Bros—as well as innovative startups. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage deeply in the entire creative process, from conceptualizing ideas for brands and creating original content to briefing external creators and refining their work to ensure it meets the highest standards.

We’re looking for video natives who can seamlessly integrate into our workflow, bringing fresh ideas and technical expertise to produce engaging social videos at scale.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok
- Strong experience in social video content creation and editing
- Advanced skills in After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
- Creative ability to develop cutting-edge visual concepts and designs
- Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to work
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams




- Ability to independently interpret and execute briefs from start to finish
- Experience directing or managing external creators is a plus

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the internal creative team to conceptualize engaging social media content
- Direct and coordinate with external creator communities to produce high-quality social videos
- Review, edit, and polish creator content to ensure it meets brand standards and quality expectations
- Reformat and adapt videos for various social platforms to maximize engagement
- Stay informed on current social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
- Create and deliver high-volume, top-tier videos for major brands reaching millions of viewers
- Provide constructive feedback to creators to enhance content quality
- Ensure all deliverables align with client objectives and brand guidelines
- Maintain organized workflows and manage multiple projects simultaneously
