Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry and construction tasks across various projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects, delivering exceptional results that meet client specifications.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements.
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, cabinetry, siding, roofing, and framing using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, tile laying, flooring installation, and drywall finishing with precision.
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures and surfaces while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Install cabinets, countertops, siding panels, roofing materials, and perform caulking to ensure weatherproofing and finish quality.
- Conduct plumbing and electrical tasks where applicable or assist licensed professionals in these trades.
- Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes; manage heavy lifting safely during material handling.




- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with scaffolding, rebar, CNC machinery (Computer Numerical Control), or other specialized equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Skills

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings with a transparent understanding of technical instructions.
- Extensive experience in carpentry techniques including woodworking, framing, cabinetry installation, and finishing work.
- Skilled in operating hand tools (saws, hammers) and power tools (drills, nail guns) safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of concrete forming processes, masonry work, roofing systems, siding installation, flooring options including tile and wood.
- Ability to perform drywall installation/finishing and construction painting with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery operation or support is a plus; strong understanding of schematics for electrical or plumbing systems is desirable.
- Experience in construction estimating and project planning to support timely delivery of work packages.
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical tasks required on construction sites; committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Handyman experience or general maintenance skills that complement core carpentry expertise are advantageous.
