We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Multiple Estates and Groundskeeper & Maintenance qualified to oversee the care and maintenance of multiple estate properties. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring all grounds, gardens, and outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained, safe, and functional. Duties

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment to carry out routine groundskeeping activities efficiently and safely
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify hazards or areas needing attention and address them proactively
- Assist with general estate maintenance such as repairing fences, pathways, outdoor furniture, and lighting fixtures




- Support seasonal planting projects and garden beautification initiatives to enhance estate aesthetics
- Ensure all groundskeeping activities comply with safety standards and environmental best practices

Experience

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping roles, preferably across multiple estate properties or large outdoor spaces
- Strong knowledge of horticulture principles, plant care, pest control, and soil management
- Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., pruners, shovels), power tools (e.g., hedge trimmers, blowers), and irrigation systems
- Familiarity with general maintenance tasks including minor repairs of outdoor structures and fixtures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple estates effectively
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to grounds care and safety standards
