Responsibilities

- Provide professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
- Offer personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly, positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits




- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of tools and workstations throughout the day
- Promote retail sales by educating clients about nail care products and other beauty offerings

Skills

- Proven experience in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel application, acrylics, and nail art
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently without being pushy
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every client
- Familiarity with body waxing procedures is a plus but not required
- Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting additional products and services
