We are looking for an experienced NSPB Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of NetSuite Planning and Budgeting implementations. This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who can translate business requirements into well-designed applications, guide clients through key decisions, and remain actively involved throughout the implementation.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the architecture, design, configuration, and deployment of NSPB solutions
- Facilitate discovery and design sessions with finance, accounting, operations, and executive stakeholders
- Translate planning, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation requirements into scalable application designs
- Design dimensions, metadata, forms, dashboards, navigation flows, security, Smart Lists, calculations, and approval processes
- Configure financial statement planning, workforce planning, capital planning, project planning, and operational planning solutions
- Develop and troubleshoot business rules, calculation scripts, Groovy rules, data maps, Smart Push processes, and pipelines
- Design integrations between NSPB and NetSuite ERP, as well as other financial and operational systems
- Lead data validation, system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Prepare design documentation, test scripts, administrator guides, and end-user training materials




- Provide technical leadership and quality oversight to consultants working on project delivery
- Identify risks early and communicate practical options to clients and project leadership
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, demonstrations, scoping, and effort estimates
- Help improve 1NetPlan’s implementation methods, reusable assets, and solution offerings

What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of Oracle EPM, Planning, PBCS, EPBCS, or NSPB implementation experience
- Experience serving as a solution architect or lead consultant on multiple complete planning implementations
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial statements
- Hands-on experience designing multidimensional planning applications
- Advanced knowledge of business rules, calculation scripts, data forms, security, and reporting
- Experience with NSPB or Oracle EPM data integration tools and processes
- Ability to independently diagnose application, calculation, performance, and data-load issues
- Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to finance and accounting users
- Robust project ownership, organization, documentation, and follow-through
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications




- Direct experience implementing NSPB for NetSuite customers
- Knowledge of NetSuite financial data, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, and common ERP integration patterns
- Experience with Groovy, EPM Automate, and Oracle EPM pipelines
- Experience building operational planning applications such as revenue, demand, supply, or inventory planning
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM migration, snapshot, and Lifecycle Management processes
- Consulting experience across multiple industries
- NetSuite, Oracle EPM, accounting, or finance certifications
- Experience supporting demonstrations, proposals, and implementation estimates
