Job Overview
We are seeking a proven dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper/HR administrator to join our team! This vital role combines administrative leadership, comprehensive bookkeeping responsibilities, and HR oversight ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions and accurate financial management. You will be the backbone of our administrative processes, managing everything from bookkeeping and payroll to maintaining organized office procedures.

- Office Manager (40%): Responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing office resources, coordinating communications, and ensuring efficient office procedures to support organizational goals and maintain a productive work environment.
- A/R (30%): Detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable specialist, with a team-positive attitude. Responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment from customer
- HR (30%): Skilled and experienced HR professional responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll & benefits, and compliance
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, correspondence, and administrative tasks to support team productivity
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to verify financial accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on schedule
- Conduct regular account reconciliation and budget monitoring to support financial health
- Prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting activities, and support audit processes as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience with bookkeeping and accounting tasks using software like QuickBooks or Sage, or Xero
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll management, and financial reporting
- Skilled in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Familiarity with accounting software and office management tools to streamline operations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and transparency in financial documentation
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams for seamless office functioning
