Red Chris is an open-pit copper-gold mine in the famous Golden Triangle of northern British Columbia, situated on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. As a fly-in, fly-out operation, Red Chris is reached via charter flights from multiple locations in BC and Alberta, with teams working on a rotational schedule. Currently an active open-pit producer, Red Chris is poised for an exciting transformation – we are developing a high-value underground block cave that will extend the mine’s life for decades and unlock even more resources.

The remote location fosters a close-knit “camp” community where safety and teamwork come first. Your Impact

As an Officer Surveying, you'll support the safe and efficient development of the Red Chris Block Cave operation by delivering accurate survey data that enables mine planning, development, and production activities. You'll contribute to the integrity of mine survey information and help ensure operational decisions are based on reliable data.

As Part of Our Team, You Will

- Conduct underground and surface survey activities to support mine development, production, and infrastructure projects.
- Collect, verify,



and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and records in accordance with site standards.
- Operate and maintain survey equipment while ensuring calibration and data quality requirements are met.
- Collaborate with mining, geology, and technical services teams to provide timely survey information that supports operational objectives.
- Contribute to a safe work environment by following site procedures, identifying hazards, and participating in safety initiatives.

Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

• Experience performing mine surveying activities in an underground mining environment.
- Knowledge of survey principles, data collection techniques, and spatial data management.
- Ability to operate modern survey equipment and related software used for mine surveying.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate and maintain accurate survey records.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines.
