OpenText TeamSite Technical Lead – Headless/Composable CMS

We are looking for a OpenText TeamSite Technical Lead to take ownership of our current CMS platform and play a key role in shaping our next-generation CMS architecture.
We’re evaluating a strong move toward a composable/headless, API-first model, with a long-term vision for this person to become the CMS technical/development lead.
? What You'll Be Doing
Own and lead the current OpenText CMS / TeamSite platform
Shape CMS architecture and modernization decisions
Lead current-state assessment, target architecture, migration, and integrations
Help drive the transition from the existing OpenText platform to a modern CMS architecture
Provide technical leadership throughout the CMS modernization journey
Transition into the development lead for the new CMS platform following migration
? Must-Have
OpenText TeamSite / OpenText CMS experience is required.
We are particularly interested in candidates with deep OpenText expertise who also bring experience in modern web and CMS technologies.

We’ve evaluated Adobe AEM, WordPress VIP, and dotCMS and are now leaning toward composable/headless platforms, specifically:
Contentful
Contentstack
Storyblok The goal is to separate content from presentation and gain greater flexibility around frontend technologies, APIs, and integrations.
Ideal Candidate The strongest fit will combine deep OpenText TeamSite expertise with contemporary headless/composable CMS and frontend/API experience.
OpenText is the must-have. Experience with modern/composable CMS technologies is the key differentiator for long-term fit.
