Role Description The Operations Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some work from home. This role supports the smooth day-to-day functioning of CMA’s operations, including coordinating schedules, organizing meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
The Operations
Coordinator assists with administrative tasks, responds to member and stakeholder inquiries, and helps ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. The role involves monitoring operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to implement efficient workflows.

Coordinator also supports reporting and data entry activities to help leadership make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management and coordination skills, including experience supporting daily business processes and workflows.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members, colleagues, and external partners.
- Customer service skills to provide responsive, courteous, and solutions-focused support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative assistance skills, including proficiency with scheduling, document management, and office software tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing priorities both onsite and remotely.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a membership-based, non-profit, or professional association environment is an asset.
