Role Overview

Seeking an Onsite Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, customer coordination, and onsite activities in Longueuil, Québec. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in French, professionally fluent in English, and experienced in coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily onsite operational activities and requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage communication and coordination between project, operations, and customer teams.
- Track operational activities, priorities, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Support issue resolution and escalate operational concerns when required.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers in French and English.
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation, reports, and status updates.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Support continuous improvement of onsite operational processes.
- Perform other coordination and administrative duties as required.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of skilled experience in operations, coordination, customer service, project support, or a related field.
- High proficiency in French .
- Professional proficiency in English .
- Strong customer-facing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced onsite environment.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in the aerospace industry .
- Experience working in an onsite/customer-facing environment.
- Familiarity with operational, project, or service coordination processes.
