Position Summary The Operations Crew supports the physical build, setup, and teardown of Vancouver Rise FC home matches at Swangard Stadium.

This team is responsible for installing and dismantling key matchday infrastructure, including field boards, signage, tents, technical areas, broadcast requirements, and fan activation spaces. Operations Crew Members work closely with the Operations Crew Lead and Event Operations to ensure the venue is prepared safely and efficiently for each match.

This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with pre-match venue build, including field boards, signage, tents, tables, and other infrastructure

- Support broadcast and technical setup requirements as directed

- Install and dismantle fan engagement and partner activation areas

- Execute post-match venue tear down and return equipment to designated storage locations

- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

- Communicate clearly with the Operations Crew Lead and supervisors





- Identify and report equipment damage or operational concerns

Availability Requirement

Operations Crew Members are expected to be available for a minimum of 85% of Vancouver Rise FC’s 2026 home matches at Swangard Stadium.

This role supports the physical build and reset of the stadium each match, so consistency really matters. We rely on this team to show up on time, ready to work, and prepared to get the job done.

There may also be opportunities to support other club events and non-matchday operational projects throughout the season based on performance and availability.

Qualifications

- 18+ years of age

- Comfortable performing physical work and lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs)

- Ability to work extended shifts on matchdays

- Robust teamwork and communication skills

- Experience in event setup, sport operations, or live event logistics is an asset

- Availability for evenings and weekends according to the home match schedule
