We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager. Under the direction of the General Manager in Southern Ontario, the Operations Manager is responsible for supervising Apollo’s managing rental fleet maintenance, quoting customers, coordinating offsite and onsite servicing, and third-party contractor management.

Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes for rental customers.
- Schedule and manage third party service providers for service calls, cleaning, maintenance, and transportation of rentals.
- Provide customer support and service call coordination for any issues.
- Monitor and create schedules for delivery and pick-up.
- Review and inspect out-bound and in-bound rentals.
- Administer documentation for the full rental process.
- Communication bridge between the yard, General Manager, and Executive team.
- Occasional physical work required (ability to lift 50+ pounds) – preparing a rental,
moving furniture / stairs, building furniture, etc.
- Complete customer or site visits in Northeastern Ontario (expectation to be out of Sudbury 1-2 nights per month). Company truck will be available for trips.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education, from a recognized accredited institution, is preferred, not mandatory.
- 3+ years of working experience in sales, customer service, or operations.
- Exceptional communication, customer service, organizational skills and ability to work with customers and third-party contractors to find solutions.
- Willingness to be a hands-on – ability to assist in yard to keep it organized.
- Strong capabilities with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- G license and access to vehicle
