Operations Manager

Sparkling Homes | Winnipeg, MB | $25 /hr

We are a locally owned residential and commercial cleaning company serving Winnipeg and Southeast Manitoba. We are growing and looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on role. You will be in the field alongside the team while also taking on the day-to-day management of scheduling, quality control, and staff. If you have cleaning or service industry experience, a strong work ethic, and some leadership experience under your belt, we want to hear from you.

- Pay: 25/hr
- Job Type: Full time
- Location: Winnipeg, MB and surrounding areas
- Drive time : Paid Between cleans at your hourly rate.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm occasional weekends and evenings as needed.

What You'll Do

- Manage daily and coordinate team assignments
- Oversee quality control inspecting completed jobs and ensuring standards are met
- Support, coach, and hold the cleaning team accountable
- Step in and clean alongside the team when needed




- Handle client communication questions, concerns, and follow-ups
- Support the owners with day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Flag issues, solve problems, and keep the team focused

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in professional cleaning.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills - professional with both clients and staff
- Highly organized and reliable - you follow through on what you say
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Criminal record check required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must speak Fluent English
