About the Prospect

Scout Talent is currently working on behalf of our client, to hire multiple Outside Sales Managers to work in one of the following regions on a permanent, full-time basis:

- British Columbia (Cranbrook / Surrey)
- Alberta (Edmonton / Grand Prairie / Medicine Hat / Lethbridge)
- Saskatchewan (Regina / Saskatoon / Swift Current)
- Manitoba (Winnipeg)
- Ontario (Sarnia / Owen Sound / Cornwall / Kitchener/Waterloo)
- Recent Brunswick (Bathurst)
- Nova Scotia (Halifax)

As Outside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively engaging business owners, focusing on business development and growth within your assigned geographic area. More specifically, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with existing clients and managing account renewals
- Seeking recent clients and building relationships
- Making sales presentations to key decision-makers
- Visiting clients in person
- Making cold calls to prospective clients and references
- Attaining monthly and quarterly sales quotas

About You In order to qualify for this role, you will need access to a vehicle along with a valid Driver’s License.

As an ideal candidate,



you are results-oriented, and able to successfully build relationships with others. You have excellent communication skills, are motivated, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Moreover, you are able to face rejection and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in sales is an asset, but not required. Training will be provided.

About the Benefits In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you will be provided a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions. On average, the 1st year income in this role is around $85,000-$95,000. Our top representatives earn over six figures, and a significant number of them make more than $135,000.
