As we continue to expand our operations and market presence, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving new business and revenue growth.

Position Overview The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing current business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.

This position requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable prospecting, making cold calls, conducting face-to-face meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating rates, and closing new business. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales and ideally experience within the transportation, logistics, freight, warehousing, or supply chain industry.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, build strong professional relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries and geographic markets.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and new customer acquisition targets.
- Conduct proactive prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, industry events, and in-person visits.
- Research prospective customers to understand their transportation, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain requirements.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits, and service reviews.




- Prepare and present customized transportation solutions based on customer requirements.
- Develop competitive proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, service requirements, and commercial terms while protecting company margins.
- Manage the sales process from initial prospecting through contract execution and customer onboarding.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently move qualified opportunities toward closure.
