Wholesale Blind Factory is a growing, established window-covering company serving homeowners, designers, builders, and businesses throughout the Lower Mainland. We manufacture and supply a wide range of custom blinds and shades, including roller shades, zebra shades, cellular shades, faux wood blinds, and motorized window coverings.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and grow our customer base.

What You'll Do

- Meet with residential and commercial customers at their homes, businesses, or job sites
- Conduct consultations and help customers select the right blinds, shades, fabrics, and options
- Take the time to understand customer needs and provide professional recommendations
- Close sales
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and follow-up
- Follow up with leads provided by the company
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business
- Work closely with our office, measuring team, and installation department to ensure orders are accurate and completed properly
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and occasional showroom shifts
- Keep customers informed throughout the sales process
- Meet agreed-upon sales and performance targets

- An excellent communicator and listener
- Organized and able to manage their own schedule
- Strong at building relationships and closing sales
- Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer programs
- Able to follow up consistently and professionally




- Experienced in window coverings. Interior design, or a related sales industry is an asset — but not required

Compensation Commission-based with unlimited earning potential.

You won't be doing everything on your own. Our team handles the manufacturing, ordering, measuring, scheduling, and installation, allowing you to focus on what you do best — selling and building customer relationships.

Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout the Lower Mainland
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be comfortable working on a commission-only basis
