Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial trucks and heavy equipment to transport freight efficiently across designated routes in Washington.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation for each shipment, including delivery logs, freight manifests, and inspection reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly.




- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to keep your vehicle in optimal condition.
- Adhere strictly to all federal and state regulations related to commercial driving, safety protocols, and hours of service.

Skills

- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL license for operating heavy trucks in Washington.
- Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and securement techniques.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and basic automotive repair skills to perform routine maintenance or troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, dispatchers, and team members.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Self-motivated with robust organizational skills to manage schedules independently while maintaining high service standards.
