About the Role

Renaissance Painting & Carpentry is one of the fastest-growing painting and carpentry companies in Vancouver. We're not looking for someone to just fill a spot, we're looking for a motivated painter helper who is eager to learn the trade, take direction well, and hit the ground running from day one. What You'll Do

- Assist experienced painters and carpenter with prep work
- Move and set up ladders, scaffolding, and equipment on jobsites
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Build on your skills with hands-on mentorship from seasoned painters and carpenters

- Competitive hourly pay: $20 – $25/hr

- Jobsite lead bonus — earn $50 for every qualified lead you bring in

Requirements

- Fast learner, coachable, punctual, and ready to work hard every day
- Physically fit and comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
- Own reliable transportation
- Up to 3 months of painter helper or general labor experience preferred
