About the Role:

We’re looking for someone who understands that a great panuozzo is all about balance, texture, and execution. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and focused on building every sandwich with intention.

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare and assemble panuozzi to Crudo standards with consistency

- Slice, portion, and layer premium meats, cheeses, and toppings

- Work with fresh-baked bread (panuozzo) and finish to proper texture

- Apply spreads, oils, and condiments with precision and balance

- Ensure every sandwich is clean, structured, and visually sharp

- Maintain quality control on all ingredients

- Manage prep for meats, cheeses, and sandwich components

- Keep station clean, stocked, and organized at all times

- Work efficiently during high-volume service

- Communicate with kitchen team to maintain smooth flow

What You Bring:

- Experience in sandwich, deli, or Italian kitchen setting





- Strong knife skills and attention to detail

- Understanding of flavor balance and ingredient pairing

- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

- Pride in clean, consistent builds

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
