Responsibilities

- Support classroom activities by assisting teachers with lesson preparations and student engagement
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring in Math and English subjects, tailoring approaches to meet individual student needs
- Foster a welcoming and encouraging environment that promotes active learning and confidence-building
- Communicate effectively with students, parents,



and staff to ensure clear understanding of progress and needs
- Help supervise students during center activities and maintain safety and order
- Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, organizing educational materials, and maintaining a tidy learning space
- Contribute ideas for enriching curriculum activities that enhance student participation and enjoyment

Experience

- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching children is highly desirable
- Solid communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse age groups
- Experience working with children in educational or extracurricular settings
- Classroom experience or familiarity with instructional techniques is a plus
- Passion for education and helping students succeed through engaging and supportive interactions
