Part-Time evening Janitorial

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a quick-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites all located in Fredericton North.

Please note these hours consist of a few different sites, which the successful applicant would be required to drive themselves to each site.

Shifts would be

Sunday’s – 11:00am – 7:00pm

Monday’s – 6pm – 8pm

Tuesday’s – 6pm – 8pm

Wednesday’s – 6pm – 10pm

Thursday’s – 6pm – 8pm

Potential to add more hours The successful candidates are required to have the following:

- Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite.

- Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
- Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
- Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
- Able to work independently & around people




- Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
- Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
- Be able to work various locations throughout the city
- Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
- Have an eye for detail cleaning

Job Duties would include but not limited to.

Building Cleaning.

- Sweeping/Mopping
- Disinfecting touch points
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms
- Dusting
- General cleaning duties
- Garbage removal
- This job has physical demands, such as bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, etc.
- And more as directed by supervisors.
