Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries with professionalism.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
- Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access to information
- Provide customer support by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain calendars for appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and preparing reports.
- Support office management duties, including inventory management of office supplies.




- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is essential.
- Strong computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Background in submitting insurance billing practices.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for enhanced communication with diverse guests.
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with clerical duties, including filing, calendar management, and administrative support.
