What You'll Do

- Greet customers and assist them in identifying the right parts for their needs
- Provide fast and efficient parts support to our Service Technicians
- Prepare accurate parts estimates and orders
- Look up parts using computerized systems and catalogues
- Monitor inventory, bins, special orders and parts requiring reorder
- Accurately receive, track and maintain parts inventory
- Monitor lost sales to assist with inventory control
- Follow procedures for special-order, prepaid and warranty parts
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians and other departments
- Help create an excellent customer experience and resolve concerns professionally

What We're Looking For
- Automotive parts or dealership experience is an asset
- General knowledge of automotive systems and parts
- Strong computer skills; experience with dealership DMS or CRM systems is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's licence and clean driver's abstract
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
- Dependable, positive and team-oriented
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work scheduled Saturdays when required

Successful completion of a criminal record check will be required as a condition of employment Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $40,000 depending on experience.

Following successful completion of the probationary period, this position is also eligible for a monthly performance bonus.
