Who You Are

You are a reliable and detail‑oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and organization. You enjoy supporting production and service operations by ensuring timely and accurate parts fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping coordination. You work well both independently and as part of a team, value safety and quality, and are comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where priorities can change.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, label, and store parts and materials

· Identify, pick, and issue parts for production, service, and internal orders

· Package materials, parts, and finished orders using approved packaging methods

· Prepare outbound orders by packaging parts according to shipping requirements

· Maintain accurate inventory records within the company’s ERP system

· Coordinate with production, purchasing, and service teams

· Assist with inventory reconciliation

· Prepare parts for shipment and complete shipping and receiving documentation

· Load flat deck trailer with forklift

· Maintain a clean, organized, parts warehouse space that is compliant with safety standards

· Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods

· Occasionally drive one-ton truck and trailer to deliver components to customers, dealers and facilities





· Assist in assembly as required

· Other duties as assigned

What Sets You Apart?

You are an individual that has:

· Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety, shipping, and operational requirements

· Experience in arranging freight and customs paperwork considered an asset

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Experience in a parts, warehouse, or inventory role

· Working knowledge of inventory software and basic computer systems

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

· Adapt in quick-paced environment

· Ability to prioritize tasks

· Solid understanding of inventory control and material flow

· Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one

· Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
