As a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will participate in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Working under the direction of the Project Manager, you may lead one or more implementation activities while supporting customers throughout their implementation journey. In this role, you will gather customer requirements, configure the Dayforce solution to meet documented business needs, manage customer expectations, provide guidance to Associate Consultants, identify project risks, and communicate issues to the Project Manager.

This role requires fluency in both German and English to support customers and stakeholders across multiple regions. Document and validate customer business requirements and map them to Dayforce functionality. Configure the Dayforce application to meet documented customer business requirements.

Attend internal project meetings and provide status updates on project activities and deliverables. Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance within your areas of expertise.



Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces.

Serve as a subject matter resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external stakeholders. Work with customers to implement Dayforce Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for solution rollout. Document implementation solutions and contribute to the solutions repository.

Document best practices and share knowledge across the implementation practice. Complete product release training on a timely basis and maintain knowledge of recent and enhanced functionality. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Product certification in the Payroll HCM module or equivalent experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based software solutions, including HRIS systems. Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, or Dayforce. Understanding of different industries and how Dayforce implementation best practices apply to customer business practices.

Fluency in both German and English. Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously while balancing priorities. Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and working sessions. Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
