⭐Role: Pega Administrator

?Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid- 3 days office per week)

Role Summary:

Are you passionate about maintaining high-performing enterprise Pega platforms?

We're looking for a Pega Administrator to join our team and support critical Pega environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Administer and support Pega environments

✅ Manage deployments, upgrades, patches, and configurations

✅ Monitor platform performance and provide production support

✅ Manage security, user access, and authentication

✅ Support CI/CD processes and DevOps initiatives

✅ Perform performance tuning, RCA, and capacity planning

✅ Support platform migrations, DR, and high-availability environments

Required Skills:

✔ 4+ years of Pega Administration experience

✔ Strong knowledge of Pega architecture and deployments

✔ Linux/Windows administration experience

✔ Oracle, SQL Server,



or PostgreSQL database knowledge

✔ Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools

✔ REST/SOAP integrations and security configuration experience

✔ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred:

⭐ Pega CSA/CSSA Certification

⭐ Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes

⭐ Splunk or Dynatrace
