? We're Hiring: Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) – Constellation Architecture

?Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid- 3 days office per week)

Role Summary:

- We are looking for a seasoned Pega LSA to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of next-generation applications built on Pega Constellation Architecture and the latest Pega Infinity platform.
- This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll serve as the primary technical authority, driving scalable architecture, mentoring development teams, and delivering exceptional business outcomes through modern, API-first Pega solutions.

Key Responsibilities

? Define and lead enterprise-scale Pega architecture using Situational Layer Cake (SLC) principles.

? Design and implement contemporary, responsive user experiences leveraging Pega Constellation's

React-based architecture.

? Build API-first solutions using DX APIs, enabling headless and hybrid application experiences.

? Architect robust data models utilizing Common Data Models (CDM), embedded references, data queries, and Savable Data Pages.

? Design secure integration frameworks using REST, SOAP, and Apache Kafka.

? Implement enterprise security models leveraging ABAC and RBAC.

? Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, App Studio best practices, and code quality standards.

? Mentor SSAs and SAs while driving architecture governance and technical excellence.

? Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.

? Support CI/CD strategies, release automation, and cloud-native deployment architectures.

? Analyze and optimize application performance using PAL, PLA, DB Trace, and performance profiling tools.

Required Qualifications





✅ Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is mandatory.

✅ 8–12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years serving as a Pega LSA.

✅ Extensive experience with Pega 8.x and Pega Infinity (23/24/25) platforms.

✅ Hands-on experience designing and deploying applications using Pega Constellation Architecture in production environments.

✅ Strong experience with enterprise integrations, security architecture, and large-scale solution design.

✅ Proven leadership experience managing architecture reviews, governance, and development teams.

⭐ Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts

⭐ Jenkins, Git, Pega DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines

⭐ Apache Kafka, Microservices, API Design

⭐ Pega Customer Service, Insurance, or Financial Services frameworks

⭐ Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
