Paradigm Consulting Group is seeking a People and Talent Manager to support our leadership, employees and Talent Acquisition team in delivering an exceptional employee and candidate experience.

Working closely with leaders across the organization, this role contributes to attracting and hiring high-quality consulting talent while coordinating the operational People practices that support employees throughout their employment lifecycle. The position requires someone who enjoys building relationships, balancing multiple priorities, and delivering practical solutions in a consulting environment.

This role provides the opportunity to work across People & Culture and Talent Acquisition, partnering with leaders to support recruitment activities, employee programs, and day-to-day operational Human Resources while contributing to the continued success of our people and our business.

The role will be based at our Paradigm office in Regina.

Areas of Focus:

Attract Top Talent

Support Paradigm’s ability to attract exceptional consulting talent across Western Canada by partnering with leaders and the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process.

- Partner with Business Development to identify recruitment needs and priorities.
- Manage assigned recruitment activities with a key focus on our Saskatchewan-based consulting roles.
- Source candidates using a variety of recruitment channels including networking, referrals and online sourcing.
- Conduct initial candidate screening interviews and recommend qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications and recruitment activities.
- Build relationships with Saskatchewan based organizations to strengthen local recruitment efforts.
- Represent Paradigm at Saskatchewan recruitment events, career fairs and networking opportunities.
- Promote a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.





Deliver Exception People & Culture Leadership Provide operational People & Culture support that enables employees and leaders to focus on delivering exceptional client services.

- Coordinate onboarding, employee changes and offboarding activities.
- Prepare employment documentation including employment agreements and other People & Culture correspondence.
- Maintain employee records, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) known as EDGE.
- Collaborate with our internal teams (Finance) to support benefits administration as required.
- Take leadership role in our annual People & Culture programs including performance management, succession planning, compensation administration, employee recognition, employee engagement and learning initiatives.
- Ensure our practices remain compliant with Federal and Provincial employment legislation and company policies.

Support Consultant Experience Provide responsive support to employees, associates and leaders while helping deliver a positive employee experience throughout the organization.

- Respond to inquiries and provide guidance.
- Engage in consultant check-ins and employee touchpoints.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Escalate complex employee relations matter to the Vice President, People & Culture when appropriate.

Improve our Capacity to Innovate and Respond to Change

- Support the continuous improvement of People & Culture processes, programs and systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and process enhancements.
- Contribute ideas that improve the employee and candidate experience while supporting business objectives.





Safeguard the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of our Employees

- Support Paradigm’s compliance with applicable employment legislation and workplace policies.
- Coordinate employee accommodation and return to work documentation as required.
- Promote awareness of available employee health and wellness programs.
- Assist with maintaining People & Culture practices that support a protected, respectful and inclusive workplace.

Be A Trusted Resource for People Systems

- Support the administration of Human Resources Information Systems and related People technologies.
- Maintain employee information and reporting as needed.
- Coordinate updates supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance management activities.
- Recommend operational improvements that increase efficiency and improve the Consultant experience.
