Super Proper

Toronto

The future of Performance? It's Super Proper.

We're looking for a Performance Media Coordinator who lives in the platforms. You're the person who can build a campaign structure cleanly, QA every line item before it goes live, and catch the tracking error that would have cost a client thousands. You're hands-on, detail-obsessed, and you take pride in work that's set up right the first time.

You must have 1-2 years minimum experience in a performance media capacity for national brands to be considered.

This is a foundational role on our performance media team. You'll build, QA, and manage campaigns across all key media channels social, search & programmatic - including but not limited to Meta, Google, TikTok, DV360 and more - turning media plans into live campaigns that perform. You're early in your career but already fluent in the tools, and you're hungry to learn how the best performance media operations run.

Super Proper is a multi-disciplinary advertising studio uniting creative, insight, and performance experts under one roof. Launched in November 2024, we're already working with Audi, Kicking Horse Coffee, Johnson & Johnson, Planet Fitness, FanDuel, UFC & WWE and more across US and Canadian markets. You'll work alongside media strategists, analysts, and a creative studio of 30 people - all focused on building an agency for the next decade.

We're obsessed with what's next. AI-powered bidding, automated campaign builds, new platform features, smarter QA workflows. You don't just execute the old way, you're curious about how tools and tech can make operations faster, cleaner, and better. You're building the AdOps practice of the future, one well-structured campaign at a time.

What you'll do

- Cross-Channel Deployment: Take approved media plans and set-up high-performing campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Paid Search (Google Ads), and programmatic DSPs.
- Own the QA Guardrails: Rigorously check every campaign before it goes live. You are the final line of defense. Campaign documentation, naming conventions, budget caps, bidding logic, and targeting parameters - you catch what others miss.
- Implement & Verify Tracking: Set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixels, and tags. You ensure data flows cleanly before a single dollar is spent.
- Monitor & Optimize:

Assist the media team with in-platform optimizations (bid adjustments, budget pacing, creative rotations, and custom audience uploads) to maximize ROAS and CPA.
- Performance Reporting & Insights: Pull clean, accurate data from across ad platforms to build and update client reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, etc.). You will help monitor daily trends, flag performance anomalies, and provide actionable tactical recommendations.
- Leverage Automation & AI: We don't execute the old way. You will actively experiment with AI-powered bidding, automated campaign builds, and smarter QA workflows to make operations faster and cleaner.
- Learn and grow: develop your skills across platforms, measurement, and strategy. You're building toward a career in performance media, and this role is your foundation.

What you bring

- 1–3 years of experience at a media agency, fast-paced in-house performance team, or similar environment with hands-on experience building and managing paid campaigns.
- In-platform fluency: Direct, hands-on experience building, QA'ing, and deploying campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or an introductory understanding of programmatic DSPs (like DV360) is a massive plus.
- QA discipline: Meticulous attention to detail. You have a systematic approach to checking work and you don't let campaigns go live until everything is verified.
- Understanding of campaign structure: You know how to organize campaigns, ad sets/ad groups, and ads for clarity and performance. You understand naming conventions and why they matter.
- Tracking and data logic: Familiarity with conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixels, Google Tag Manager, and the basics of how measurement works across platforms—whether inside walled gardens or across the open web.
- Organizational skills: Able to manage multiple campaigns across multiple clients without losing track of details, deadlines, or deliverables.
- Data comfort:

Comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets, reading platform reporting, and understanding basic performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR). A foundational grasp of audience data and programmatic mechanics is an asset, but we are ready to train the right person here.
- Curiosity and hustle: You ask questions, you want to understand the "why" behind the work, and you're eager to learn from senior team members to expand your cross-channel toolkit.
- AI and automation interest: Curious about how AI-powered campaign tools, automated bidding, and new platform features are changing ad operations. You're excited to experiment with tools that make work faster and better.
