We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who enjoys working through these questions and turning campaign data into practical decisions.

The role

You’ll support the day-to-day management and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, working closely with the wider marketing team.

Your responsibilities may include

Supporting paid media campaign setup, launches, and ongoing management;

Reviewing campaign performance and identifying meaningful changes;

Monitoring KPIs including CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS;

Analysing results across audiences, campaigns, creatives, and channels;

Supporting audience and keyword research;

Assisting with A/B testing and performance evaluations;

Tracking campaign budgets and pacing;

Preparing clear performance reports and summaries;

Working with creative and marketing teams on campaign requirements;

Researching platform updates and emerging opportunities in paid media.

We’re interested in people who can combine attention to detail with a practical understanding of digital marketing.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

Experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, paid media, or a related field;

Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or comparable advertising platforms;

An understanding of common digital marketing and conversion metrics;

Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets;

Strong analytical and organizational skills;

The ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines;

A willingness to learn, test new approaches, and develop your skills.
