We are looking for a confident, outgoing, and sales-driven Part-Time Personal Shopper to join our team. This position will be primarily based at our Coquitlam Centre boutique, with the flexibility to work shifts at our Guildford Town Centre location when needed.

This role offers approximately 15–25 hours per week.

At CHANGE Lingerie, we create more than a traditional retail experience. Our mission is to provide a warm and welcoming environment where every client feels comfortable, supported, and confident. As a Personal Shopper, you will help clients discover the right fit and styles for their individual needs through personalized service and professional bra fittings.

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming clients and creating a comfortable, personalized shopping experience
- Providing professional bra fittings and expert product recommendations
- Building genuine relationships with clients
- Achieving individual and store sales objectives
- Learning about our products, collections, and fitting techniques
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Supporting merchandising, inventory management, and daily store operations




- Working collaboratively with the teams at both Coquitlam Centre and Guildford Town Centre

We are looking for someone who:
- Is enthusiastic, approachable, and comfortable connecting with clients
- Has previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Enjoys working toward sales goals in a team-focused environment
- Is dependable, flexible, and willing to work at both store locations
- Is eager to learn and passionate about helping others feel confident

Availability requirements Candidates must have weekday availability and full availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Shifts may include daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
