- Location: Client homes across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
- Job Type: Live-In, Part-Time, Full-Time, or Facility
- Start Date: Immediate and ongoing
- Pay: CA$22.00 per hour

What You Will Do:

- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Support with meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry as part of care duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in client condition
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the Heartfelt Health Ltd team

What We Are Looking For:

- PSW certificate or a minimum of 6 months of relevant caregiving experience
- Reliable, accountable, and skilled at all times
- Calm and level-headed with the ability to handle physically and emotionally demanding situations
- Experience with dementia or memory care is an asset
- Clear vulnerable sector background check required
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Assets (Not Required):

- Prior live-in or home care experience
- Familiarity with culturally diverse and multi-generational households
- Additional language skills (please note in your application)
- Drivers license & reliable access to a vehicle

Facilities Staffing Shifts:



In addition to home care, Heartfelt Health Ltd also provides PSW staffing to long-term care homes, retirement residences, and other healthcare facilities across the Greater Toronto Area.

Facility placements may involve:

- Supporting residents with activities of daily living in a group care setting
- Working alongside facility nursing and care teams
- Adapting to facility-specific protocols and care standards
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
- Both short-term coverage and ongoing placements
