YWCA TORONTO EMPLOYMENT CENTRE is working with our employer partner to hire for this position.

The role of the PSW is to assist clients with activities of daily living with the goal of supporting client independence and optimal functioning.Your duties may include but not limited to:

- Personal Care Assistance
- Companionship
- Grocery Shopping
- Light Housekeeping & Laundry
- Meal Planning & Preparation
- Medication Reminders
- Escorting clients to appointments
- Ambulatory Assistance

Qualifications:

- PSW graduates or students who have completed placements
- Internationally trained nurses with bedside care experience
- Comfortable working in home care, retirement, or hospital settings
- Current First Aid & CPR Level C
- Ability to travel between assignment either by public transit or car

Rate of Pay: $18.40 per hour Hours: Casual / on-call as needed
