Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist to join a well-established medical clinic pharmacy. You will be joining an experienced and fully staffed pharmacy team, with strong support in place to allow you to focus on delivering excellent patient care.

Working alongside other pharmacists, a registered pharmacy technician, pharmacy assistants,



and healthcare professionals within the medical clinic, you will provide high-quality pharmacy services while building strong relationships with patients and the wider healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe, accurate, and patient-centred pharmacy care.
- Dispense prescriptions and provide medication counselling.
- Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the wider pharmacy team to support efficient daily operations.
- Maintain professional and regulatory standards of practice.

Qualifications

- Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
- Fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
- Previous community pharmacy experience preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Experience with Kroll is an asset.
