Physiotherapy Assistant / Front Desk – Pacific Physiotherapy Hamilton

Pacific Physiotherapy Hamilton is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and patient-focused Physiotherapy Assistant / Front Desk to join our growing healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will play an important role in supporting our physiotherapists in providing high-quality patient care while also assisting with front-desk and administrative duties. We are looking for someone who is friendly, skilled, organized, and comfortable working in a busy clinical environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring adherence to prescribed protocols.
- Provide direct patient care, including helping patients with exercises, mobility, and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about exercises, techniques,



and home care strategies to enhance recovery.
- Monitor patients' responses to therapy and report any changes or concerns to the supervising physiotherapist.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

- Knowledge of the Myofascial release is preferable
- Knowledge of Walnut software is an asset
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
