Position: Pilates Studio Manager Wage: CAD$40.00 per hour Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evenings and weekends) Working hours: 30 40 hours per week Benefits: 4% vacation pay Job Duties:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the Pilates studio and its fitness programs and services.
- Provide qualified advice on Pilates and fitness programming, studio operations and client service matters.
- Prepare budget estimates.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective operation of the studio.
- Recruit, train, supervise, schedule and evaluate Pilates instructors and other studio staff.
- Organize and administer Pilates training, coaching and professional development programs for instructors.




- Develop long-range operational plans, monitor the performance of studio programs and services Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required • 3 years of experience in an occupation related to recreation and sports administration, consulting or programming is required.
