Position: Pilates Studio Manager

Wage: CAD$40.00 per hour

Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evenings and weekends)

Working hours: hours per week

Advantages: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the Pilates studio and its fitness programs and services.

Provide professional advice on Pilates and fitness programming, studio operations and client service matters.

Prepare budget estimates.

Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective operation of the studio.

Recruit, train, supervise, schedule and evaluate Pilates instructors and other studio staff.

Organize and administer Pilates training, coaching and professional development programs for instructors.





Develop long-range operational plans, monitor the performance of studio programs and services

Job Requirements

Completion of secondary school is required

3 years of experience in an occupation related to recreation and sports administration, consulting or programming is required.

A university degree in recreology, physical education, sports administration or a related field or a college diploma in recreation management or sports administration is an asset
