Pit Crew Member Responsibilities: Assist the dishwasher. Clean and sanitize the restaurant kitchen. Wash dishes. Assist the chefs in cooking food. Call in orders to the kitchen. Take out trash. Clean up spills and broken equipment. Stock kitchen equipment, supplies, and food items.
