Duties

- Prepare and assemble pizza dough, ensuring proper consistency and quality standards are met
- Top pizzas with fresh ingredients according to recipes and customer preferences
- Operate pizza ovens efficiently to achieve optimal cooking times and perfect crusts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in meal preparation and food handling for other menu items as needed
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure hygienic food handling and prevent cross-contamination




- Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple orders with speed and accuracy

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cooking, especially within a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, meal assembly, and kitchen safety procedures
- Previous experience working as a pizzaiolo or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent food handling skills with an understanding of proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Knowledge of the food industry standards for safety and quality assurance
