Duties

- Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with attention to quality and presentation
- Roll, stretch, and shape dough to achieve the perfect crust consistency
- Cook pizzas using traditional or specialized ovens, monitoring temperature and cooking times
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed during food handling and preparation
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Serve freshly baked pizzas promptly to customers with friendly and efficient service




- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry with a focus on pizza preparation preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong skills in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and servers
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for creating delicious food and delivering exceptional customer service
