Drive excellence in water treatment as a Plant Manager with the City of Saskatoon. This full-time role focuses on leading operations and compliance at the Water Treatment Plant. The City of Saskatoon is looking for a dedicated Plant Manager to lead its Water Treatment Plant operations.

This temporary full-time position requires oversight of water treatment processes, compliance with regulations, and staff management. You will promote safety and efficiency while developing policies that ensure optimal service delivery for the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with treatment processes and regulations
- Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies for reporting
- Lead team recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Develop safety management policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing and managing the water business plan Requirements:
- Engineering degree in civil, mechanical or chemical
- 7-9 years’ experience in water/wastewater management
- Qualified engineer registration eligibility
- Class IV Water Operator Certificate
- Comprehensive understanding of water treatment practices Lead the way in water treatment efficiency and safety for the City of Saskatoon.
