Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing infrastructure functions efficiently, safely, and reliably.

Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in new construction and renovation projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently
- Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of building systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance on existing plumbing infrastructure
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with schematics, construction plans, and complex schematics




- Assist in assembly of plumbing components and perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations

Requirements

- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance within commercial or residential settings
- Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, and blueprints reading skills
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction machinery safely and effectively
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, carpentry basics, and schematics is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial driving preferred for site travel or material transport
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, work at heights or confined spaces as needed
- Prior construction experience with familiarity in assembly processes and use of schematics
