Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, design, and execute advanced plumbing and drainage installations.
- Pull municipal permits, coordinate with City of Toronto inspectors, and ensure strict Ontario Building Code compliance.
- Diagnose severe plumbing issues and consult on major residential and commercial projects.
- Supervise, train, and sign off on apprentice and journeyman hours.
- Act as the final technical authority and quality control on all job sites.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Master Plumber License.
- Toronto Drain Layer License (highly preferred).
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying project demands and service calls.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and willingness to grow into an ownership role.
