Job Summary We are seeking a skilled PMO / Project Coordinator with 6-8 years of experience to manage project governance, financial tracking, and resource allocation within Clarity. This role is essential for overseeing the complete lifecycle of Clarity projects, ensuring timely financial closure, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the creation, updates, and closure of Clarity projects.
- Update cost plans post resource allocation and download monthly allocation reports at both manager and project levels.
- Track actuals mid-month and end-of-month to compare against planned allocations.
- Prepare and validate project-level, FI-level, and resource-level ad-hoc reports.
- Identify monthly variances, analyze root causes, and initiate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with managers, finance teams,



and delivery leads to provide actionable insights and resolve discrepancies.
- Strengthen PMO governance through continuous process improvements.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong financial tracking and resource allocation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify variances.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Clarity project management software.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Qualified (PMP) certification is a plus.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management.
