About us

We are professional, fast-paced, engaging, and our goal is to find team members with some experience in the field, who want to learn more about the pool business for this pool closing season and help grow our company. Daily tasks would include opening pools, closing pools, installing safety covers, installing liners, installing filters, installing pumps, fixing leaks, testing water chemistry, converting to saltwater swimming pools and more. Currently an experienced person will be needed soon to run their own crew as well as a driver with or without experience. Due to how rapidly we are growing in size we are looking for someone reliable available Monday to Saturday from the end of April to the end of November. The swimming pool season will start slowing down mid summer then get very busy again from September to November.

Experience in the pool service industry is essential, hourly rate is 18-27 an hour depending on experience. Also looking for someone who wants the opportunity to learn the business for future expansion and more so for the long term. Our company is seeking an experienced and motivated Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in pool maintenance and experience in working with various chemicals. We are an innovative company with a strong commitment to being environmentally responsible, which means we are constantly researching new ways to utilize alternative methods of chemical application. A successful candidate will have experience in both traditional and alternative techniques of pool maintenance, and will be able to train other employees using these techniques.

Responsibilities

- Clean and repair swimming pools.
- Fix or replace pumps, motors, filters, and other pool equipment.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Be able to work in a variety of conditions.
- Have a high school degree or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
