Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare food items for cooking, such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Assemble dishes for cooking, such as measuring and mixing ingredients
- Follow recipes and guidelines provided by the Head Chef
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure timely and efficient service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements Requirements:

- Experience as a Prep Cook or similar role in a scratch kitchen
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and punctual

Preferred Skills:

- Culinary degree or diploma




- Experience in a brunch restaurant or similar setting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Working Conditions

- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
- Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operating phones, computers, printers, and other office equipment.
