Role Description The President will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to advance Axlmed’s mission of empowering patients, doctors, and innovators with medical knowledge. This full-time remote role includes setting organizational vision and priorities, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring alignment between product development, partnerships, and long-term strategy.

The President will oversee key functions such as business development, stakeholder engagement, and financial planning, working closely with founders, advisors, and multidisciplinary teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading executive decision-making, representing the organization to external partners,



refining processes for scalable operations, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture. The President will also monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for innovation in medical knowledge delivery, and secure resources to support sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

- Leadership and management skills, including experience guiding mission-driven organizations or healthcare ventures.
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities, with a track record of turning vision into measurable outcomes.
- Business development and partnership-building experience, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or health technology.
- Solid understanding of medical, clinical, or scientific content and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, resource allocation, and oversight of revenue and sustainability models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (patients, clinicians, researchers, investors).
- Experience leading remote or distributed teams and building inclusive, collaborative work environments.
- Advanced degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, public health, or related field is preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Demonstrated commitment to improving patient outcomes and advancing equitable access to medical knowledge.
